The Broadband Expo will offer a specific emphasis on rural America with focused in-depth education and certification training, showcase products and services, as well as provide a networking opportunity for those involved in broadband deployment in rural areas of the United States. The extension of technology to rural America is critical and that importance is reflected in the $7.2 billion in stimulus funding announced by the Obama administration.  In 2010, universal broadband has never been more important. The Broadband Expo will provide a "go-to" source to network and learn about solutions the broadband influence and impact has on our businesses. It will also fill a void for other segments who want to learn about new technologies and systems to cost-effectively deliver broadband services to areas that are still not served.
