A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to reserve booth space. The balance is due no later than September 1, 2010. All accounts must be paid in full prior to setup. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the contract date. There will be no refunds after August 1, 2010 regardless of contract date. Any booth space confirmed after September 1, 2010 must be paid in full at the time contract is sent in. Any transfer of funds among Broadband LLC accounts carries a 20% penalty. All payments shall be in USD dollars. All transactions from Canada or International should be bank wired.

Companies may purchase additional exhibitor badges for company employees for $25. Business cards for the additional badges will be needed to purchase. Companies may purchase attendee badges for customers with the Partner Pass option at a discounted rate.
Exhibitor badges allow you into the Opening General Session Keynote, the Featured Keynote Address on Tuesday and Wednesday but, not all conference sessions or pre-conference sessions. Exhibitors may purchase individual, daily or full conference passes by visiting the website.
Exhibitors are responsible for any cost associated with the set-up and dismantle of their booth. GES is our official decorator for the show and all forms for services are available on-line.

Please review your exhibitor service kit for all rules and regulations that may apply. The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center is a union labored facility for certain types of set-up.
Exhibitors may employ the services of independent contractors to install and dismantle their display. Please see the GES exhibitor kit for further information.
Space is on a first come first serve basis. There will be a sign up office on-site.
No, every company will have their own booth.
Exhibitors can hold prize drawings from the confines of their exhibit space. Announcements of winners on the in-house public address system will not be allowed.
All property of the exhibitor will remain under his/her custody and control in transit to, from and within the confines of the exhibit hall. TBE 2010 will provide security for the hall. TBE 2010 is not responsible for stolen or vandalized property. You may order additional security for your booth through the exhibitor kit.
Installation and dismantling of exhibits that are pop-up or you are able to hand-carry in yourself may be set-up. If your booth requires labor of any kind, then you must abide by the rules and regulations set forth in the exhibitor kit.
