Government agencies are financially strapped and welcome cost reduction ideas. When times are tight and opportunities are scarce, the time and cost of deploying wired solutions does not fit. Wireless agility enables any organization to build data, voice and video connectivity in days and be positioned to further expand connectivity as business grows.

To meet its responsibilities under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) the FCC established maximum permissible exposure (MPE) levels for humans and requirements for evaluating the environmental impact of RF emissions. What are the MPE levels? How can you demonstrate and document that a site is compliant with the FCC and OSHA requirements? How important are personal RF monitors? Towers and other tall metal structures are perfect targets for lightning strikes. Where is lightning protection needed? Who needs lightning protection?
